Baskota Consulting provides tax and management consulting services including but not limited to:

• Financial analysis and reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client shall not be the responsibility of Baskota Consulting.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality. All information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of providing our services. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Baskota Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any materials belonging to the client will be returned upon settlement of outstanding fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
